These are the things needed to perform the lab.
Procedure
This is a step by step explanation of the lab.
You may simply write "see lab procedure"
Observation
This is the information you have collected. It may be  a drawing, a data table, a diagram etc.
Conclusion
This statement begins "From this experiment it may be concluded..."
Discussion
These are the questions that are included in the lab procedure provided by the instructor.
Reference
This is the title of a book or other information required to perform the lab.
